Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NaijaDaily platform, including all games, draws, wallet services, and related features ("the Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all user types including Web Users, MNO Users, and Crossover Users as defined in the Platform documentation.

• —You must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate.
• —You must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online lottery games is lawfully permitted.
• —You must not be currently suspended or banned from the Platform.
• —NaijaDaily reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including requesting official photo identification.
• —Accounts that fail identity verification may be suspended and winnings withheld pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your phone number, password, and any authentication tokens.

• —You must not share your account with any other person.
• —All activity conducted through your account — including purchases — is your sole responsibility.
• —Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated without notice.
• —Notify NaijaDaily support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All ticket purchases are made through your NaijaDaily platform wallet. By clicking to purchase, you authorise NaijaDaily to deduct the applicable stake from your wallet balance.

• —All ticket purchases are final upon confirmation — stakes are immediately debited.
• —Refunds are issued only where a draw is cancelled by NaijaDaily before execution.
• —NaijaDaily is not responsible for purchases made in error by the user.
• —All amounts are stored in Kobo (100 Kobo = ₦1) for precision. Displayed amounts in Naira are for user convenience.

All draws on NaijaDaily use a cryptographic commit-reveal protocol. The winning outcome is locked before ticket sales open and cannot be altered by any party.

NaijaDaily administrators cannot view the secret seed before a draw executes, cannot modify ticket data after purchase, and cannot retroactively alter draw results. These restrictions are enforced at the system level.

• —Prize payouts are automatically credited to the winner's platform wallet upon draw execution.
• —NaijaDaily is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions on withdrawal.
• —Winnings may be subject to applicable taxes under Nigerian law. Players are responsible for their own tax obligations.
• —NaijaDaily reserves the right to withhold payment pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• —Attempting to manipulate or interfere with draw outcomes or platform systems.
• —Creating multiple accounts or using fictitious identities.
• —Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• —Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• —Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to NaijaDaily support.

NaijaDaily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, or aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes where possible.

NaijaDaily's liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your platform wallet in the 30 days preceding any claim. NaijaDaily is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of earnings or opportunity.

NaijaDaily reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered contact information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
